Mision Mexico Foundation provides a loving and secure family home for children of all ages who have been abused, neglected, orphaned or abandoned, and come from backgrounds of extreme poverty. Mision Mexico was founded by Australians Pam and Alan Skuse in the year 2000, and the foundation has changed so many lives, including Moacir's.
Moacir was rescued by Mision Mexico in 2004, there he found a home, a family and a brighter future. Pam and Alan have become his parents and all the children his brothers and sisters. Mision Mexico now also provides two transition homes for young adults, as well as a surf school and hotel called Mision Surf to support Mision Mexico and the wider community. They have also started Proyecto Faro, a community project that transforms the behaviours, attitudes and skills of young men. There is so much to support
We donate 5% of the profits from every purchase to Mision Mexico Foundation. We hope that this can grow over time and that we can continue to spread awareness about this incredible foundation.
Mision Mexico is located in the southern state of Chiapas in a city named Tapachula.
