We currently post to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, South Ireland and France. As we are beginning to grow, we will consider posting to a wider range of locations within the new year. Thank you for your patience.
However, if you do live outside of the listed countries and have fallen in love with a Cielo piece, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look into postage costs to your country and may be able to fulfil your order.
All Australian orders are express posted with Australia Post at a flat rate fee of $10.00. Express post generally arrives within 1-2 business days from date of dispatch. Remote areas may take 2-5 business days.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
All New Zealand orders are sent with Australia Post starting at a rate of $18 AUD. The postage costs are dependent on the weight of the order. We use the standard post service, which generally arrives within 6+ business days.
We post internationally to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, South Ireland, France and India.
We currently post with Australia Post International Standard post. All orders generally takes 6+ business days to arrive. We will be looking into a courier service next year to improve the cost and efficiency of international orders. The cost for international postage is dependent on weight and will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
Some parcels may be subject to local customs duties, taxes and fees. These charges are determined in the destination country and all customers are responsible to pay these charges. Cielo Collective is not held accountable for these charges and have no control over them. Cielo Collective is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

We offer a LOCAL PICK UP option for Sunshine Coast locals (QLD, 4564) or those who are visiting the Sunshine Coast on holidays and would prefer to pick up their order. Simply select the SUNSHINE COAST 4564 LOCAL PICK UP option when you choose the shipping method at checkout. This will generate FREE postage for you.
The online store will still request you to type your shipping information into the customer information. Simply type your correct address into this section.
Once you have checked out you will receive an automatically generated email saying that your order has been sent, ignore this as you have chosen the pick up option. After this shipping email is sent, we will send you an email with our office address, to organise a time for you to pick up the order.
If you need your order posted to you, please DO NOT select the LOCAL PICK UP option, as we will then have to contact you for postage payment.
