Returns and Refunds
At Cielo, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if you have questions about any piece, please don’t hesitate to email us at hola@cielocollective.com.au. We also provide plenty of detailed information in our product descriptions, to help you make the best decision when purchasing.
RETURNS
Please understand that we accept returns for garments and belts only. We do not accept returns for bags, homewares or sale items.
If you are returning a garment or belt, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange.
If you are not 100% happy with the garment or belt choice you have made, please email us at hola@cielocollective.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. In your returns email please provide your order number, the garment or belt that you would like to return.
Once the Cielo team receives the email, we will reply via email to confirm that a return is granted.
REFUNDS
When you receive email confirmation, please return the garment/belt within 7 days of contact to Cielo Collective, PO Box 1130, Noosa Heads, Queensland, 4567, AU.
The garment/belt must be returned in its original condition (no sign of wear or damage) and sent with tags intact.
Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. The refund does not include your original postage charge, it includes the price of the item only.
Please wait at least 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
EXCHANGES
If you would like an exchange, please email us with the style name, colour or size that you wish to exchange for, so that we can check that it is still available and hold it for you.
When you receive email confirmation, please return the garment/belt within 7 days of contact to Cielo Collective, PO Box 1130, Noosa Heads, Queensland, 4567, AU.
The garment/belt must be returned in its original condition (no sign of wear or damage) and sent with tags intact. Please also post a return postage paid self addressed satchel to us, with the item you are returning so that we can post the exchanged piece to you. The exchanged piece must be of the same value, otherwise a refund will be granted.
FAULTY GOODS
At Cielo, we pride ourselves in unique high quality pieces. All of our items are checked prior to dispatch and we ensure through protective packaging, that our pieces have a safe journey to their new home. However, if you have received a faulty item we are very sorry! Please email us at hola@cielocollective.com.au within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
In this email please provide your order number or attach your order invoice, your name, the item that you would like to return and the characteristics of the item that you deem faulty.
Goods are classified faulty if they are damaged upon being received. The item is not deemed faulty if there are signs of wear and tear or if the item has been washed in the incorrect washing method.
When you receive email confirmation, you must return the garment within 7 days of contact to Cielo Collective, PO Box 1130, Noosa Heads, Queensland, 4567, AU.
Once the Cielo team receives your faulty purchase, they will inspect the item to ensure that the item is faulty and then respond via email.
If deemed faulty, you may exchange the item for another product with the equivalent value, or be issued a refund. The Cielo team will also refund you the return postage costs for the inconvenience and post the exchanged piece to you free of charge. Please wait at least 5 business days for your refund to be processed to your original method of payment.
Please understand that all of our pieces are handmade by artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be some minor imperfections. These characteristics simply add to the uniqueness and beauty of the product.
